All adjustments are complimentary for the life of the frame. If you ever need the frame resized or need new nose pads and it wasn’t an error on our side, those services are 50% off.
Adjustments & Fit
All frames come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for any defects. There’s no coverage for accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If something happens outside of warranty, we do offer a courtesy replacement at 30% off to help out.
Warranty/Breakage
Due to the custom nature of our eyewear, we do not accept returns.
Yes, you can exchange a frame as long as it’s unused and in perfect condition. If it already has prescription lenses in it, the lenses would need to be remade. We can remake them at 50% off in the new frame.
Do you allow Exchanges or Returns?
Framed Eyewear Policies
Your lenses are always guaranteed to match the doctor’s prescription. If the prescription or measurements don’t feel right, we'll fix it at no cost to you. If a remake is needed because the doctor’s prescription was off, we will offer 50% off lenses, but any future remakes due to prescription changes will be at full cost.
Prescription & Lens Accuracy
If you no-show without calling, there is a $30 no-show fee.
Appointment Policy
Turnaround varies depending on the work being done. It can be as quick as 2 weeks, or up to 8 weeks for more complex jobs. Most orders fall somewhere in between. When you place your order, we’ll discuss an ETA specific to your job so you know what to expect.
If your order is taking longer than usual, we'll keep you updated. Just know we're working hard to get your eyewear finished and out the door as quickly as possible.

With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in custom eyeglass frames and luxury fittings that solve common issues like sliding, pinching, or poor comfort.
I can’t find glasses that actually fit. What makes yours different?
Yes! We are fully mobile and can bring the experience to you. All we need is a table and outlet. We can travel anywhere in the midwest. If you’re more than 45 minutes away, a small travel fee may apply.
I am not able to visit your store. Can you come to me?
We don’t have an optometrist on site, but we work with trusted partners. If you need an eye exam, we can connect you with one of our optometrist partners.
Do you have an eye doctor on site?

How would I benefit from working with seasoned, experienced opticians?
No, we operate 100 percent open network. This allows us to provide better products and service without the restrictions of in-network insurance.
Are you in network with my insurance?
We are by appointment only. This allows us to focus on you without distractions. If our available times don’t work, call us and we’ll find a way to accommodate.
Can I come in just to browse?
Yes, but please book one time slot per person so we can give each person the right amount of attention. Friends or family who aren’t being styled are always welcome to join.
I want my whole family styled. Can you do that?
Our prices reflect the craftsmanship and materials of independent luxury eyewear. If you’re on a budget, we’ll guide you toward options that balance affordability with long-term quality.
What is your price point?
Absolutely. We specialize in complex prescriptions and will create solutions that give you clear vision without compromise.
I have a high or complex prescription. Can you work with me?
